Models#

ML Lab → Churn Prediction lists your models. Expand a row to see its outputs, open Training Results, or click Create New Prediction to score a new dataset with the model.

Model results#

Each model has four tabs. Every tab has Analyze with AI for an explanation in plain language.

Accuracy, precision, recall, F1 and the confusion matrix.

Shows how well the model separates churners from non-churners. In the confusion matrix, rows are the true label and columns the predicted one; click a cell to see those users.

Save a high-risk group as a segment, then launch a win-back journey in Journey Orchestration — or let the Churn Radar agent suggest one for you.
